Information you provide
An application includes your name, email address, phone number, country, selected payment platforms, business structure, processing experience, and approximate monthly sales. Business name, website, and a message are optional. We also keep submission times, application status, and private review notes.
We use these details to assess your introduction, communicate about a possible collaboration, respond to your questions, and manage the application process. Submitting an application authorizes that review and follow-up. It does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Do not send payment-account passwords, verification codes, API keys, bank login details, identity documents, or customer card information through this website.
Website activity and your choices
Optional analytics record a random browser-session identifier, a visit or application-opening event, and its time. These records are collected only after you allow analytics. The analytics database does not include your IP address, precise location, or advertising identifiers.
The site stores your analytics choice in your browser. You can change it through Analytics preferences in the footer. Declining analytics does not prevent you from applying. Hosting and authentication services may separately process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service.
Access and sharing
Application records are stored in the website's hosted database and available through the protected administration area to authorized agency administrators. Vercel hosts the website, and Supabase provides its database and administrator authentication. These providers process information to operate and protect the site.
The application does not connect a payment account or automatically send your details to a payment processor or prospective brand. Any later verification or partner introduction is handled separately with the proposed purpose, recipient, and permissions explained first. We do not sell application information or use this site for targeted advertising. We may disclose information when required by applicable law.
Retention and your requests
We retain information while it is needed for application review, follow-up, an ongoing relationship, or applicable recordkeeping obligations. When it is no longer needed, it should be deleted or anonymized. Retention depends on the status and purpose of the relationship.
Email contact@scalevela.com to request access, correction, or deletion, or to stop further application follow-up. We may need enough information to verify the request and may retain information where a legal obligation requires it. Changing your analytics choice stops future optional collection; it does not erase earlier records. If applicable privacy laws provide additional rights, you can contact us to exercise them.
